Things you need:
1. Latest version of Nokia Suite (version 2013_13_4_4)
2. usergroupsconfiguration.cfg file
You can download both files from Here

Installation:

1. First install Nokia Suite. Do not run after the installation is finished

2. After Nokia Suite installs, copy and replace the usergroupsconfiguration.cfg file to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Product Support Tool For Store 5.0 
if you’re running a 64-bit version of Windows.
Or C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Product Support Tool For Store 5.0 if on 32-bit.

Running Nokia Suite and Downloading the firmware:

1. Open Nokia Suite. And select ‘Product Support Tool For Store 5.0′

2. When prompted, select ‘CareSuite External’ then hit ‘Sign-in’ button.

3. From the Menu, select Tools, then ‘Firmware Download’

4. Now enter the product code of your device, hit ‘Check Online’ button, to check the latest firmware version of your product code.

5. Then ‘tick’ ‘Optional Content Files and ‘Download’ to save your firmware.6. Wait a few minutes for your files to download
7. You may now manually flash your Nokia device with the firmware you just downloaded.

TIP:
- Your firmware should be stored in the C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products folder of your hard drive.
- If you need to download a different firmware version for the same product code,
I suggest you wait for your first download to finish, save all the downloaded files in a marked folder, then proceed with your next download.

Uninstall your old HWK Suite v20.20.000

Uninstall old HWK Support Suite v20.20.000 [old version 2011]

Install first HWK Support Suite Setup v20.20.000 [ 2013 version ]

Install HWK Major then minor 1 to 3

NOTICE: Do upgrade your UFS HWK in the early morning to prevent bad connection in traffic. 

I've done it  on 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock in the morning by western indonesian time without any problem from the begining of downloading and upgrade finished.

Procedure To Unlock Samsung Galaxy i9070

PREPARATION and ROOTING:
Dwnload install kies and samsung usb drivers (skip if already done)

1. Download GT-I9070-root.rar, and extract it somewhere on you local disk.
2. From stuff you just extracted run program Odin3 v1.83.exe
3. Then open Settings in your phone, go to Aplications -> Development and check USB Debugging and Allow mock locations. Both needs to be Checked (Selected).
4. Turn off phone and turn it back on into Download mode,
press Volume Down + Home button + Power button, wait untill some "strange" screen appers, put in usb cable and choose continue.
5. Now wait until Odin recognize your phone. It can take a while first time, if you have problems search for samsung drivers on the internet,
6. Under PIT file browse for GT-I9070_EUR_XX_8G_20111220_KL6.pit, you have extracted this file before.
7. Under PDA choos rootkernel.tar.md5.
8. Then check what options are checked (Selected), be sure to UNCHECK (remove selction) Re-Partition, Flash Lock, Phone EFS Clear, Phone Bootloader Update!
Only Auto Reboot and F.Reset Time should be checked (Selected)

 9. When this is set just press Start and wait for phone to reboot.
10. Now repeat steps from 4 to 9, now choose xxld1.tar.md5.

NOW install SUPERUSER from android market and
proceed with unlocking
